   11:30 AM  GENTLE/REHAB CHAIR YOGA

THIS CLASS OFFERS, BREATHING EXERCISES, SEATED AND STANDING TAI CHI EXERCISES AND BALANCE POSES.

 

   1:00 PM  BASIC YOGA

THIS CLASS IS A SEMI-PRIVATE AND DESIGNED FROM THE NEEDS OF THE STUDENTS ATTENDING .

                                                    TUESDAY

 

   6:15 PM  BASIC YOGA

THIS CLASS IS A SEMI-PRIVATE AND  DESIGNED FROM THE NEEDS OF THE STUDENTS ATTENDING. WE END THE CLASS WITH RESTORATIVE POSES TO INDUCE RELAXATION FOR SLEEP.

THIS CLASS OFFERS BREATHING EXERCISES, SEATED POSES ANS STANDING POSES TO IMPROVE POSTURE AND BALANCE.

 

    12:00 PM   YOGA / PILATES

THIS CLASS OFFERS CORE FOCUSED YOGA POSES AND PILATES.

DEEP STRETCHING, LOW BACK FOCUS

THIS CLASS OFFERS STANDING POSES FOR BALANCE AND TO INCREASE MUSCULAR ENDURANCE FOR LOWER BODY WITH ABS. ( LOW BACK RELEASE ALSO)
